Ok, I live in Arkansas and I am 17 years old. My mom (which has full custody over me) has given me permission to move out. I have steady home and job. Is this legal or are we both breaking the law?

You can do whatever you mom tells you that you can do.

Neither of you is breaking the law. If your mom gives you permission to move out, it's legal for you to move out. Your mom might have problems with the law if she gave a 14 year old permission to move out, but not a 17 year old.
