I am on probation for cussing out my principle in December, this isthe second time I've been on probation.
I got locked up for hitting my moms bf..
I had to go to truancy court before that and I had to go once I got out also.. I sat for 19 days.
Now I live deep in the country and I have trouble getting to school and in 2 weeks I missed 3 days of school and 6 tardy's I passed all but one class and for the last semester if school I passed everything with all c's
Will I get locked up? If so how long?

Time to get your act together, son. With your language skills, you're not likely to be doing much more than menial labor for the rest of your days.

If part of your probation is that you have to attend school with no unexcused absences, and the judge told you that if you miss school, you will be locked up - then it looks like you will probably end up in front of the judge again.

Figure out how to make the bus, or get your ride to school, and graduate. If you keep messing up, you will be destined for a life behind bars....

Instead of cussing your principal out, tell him that your mother won't drive you to school. He'll presumably send someone to talk with her and explain to her that she will be in trouble if she doesn't get you to school.
