What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? various states

I would like to open a corporation in Delaware and purchase several properties in various US states (apartments and houses) and rent them out under this corporation. Are there any laws in US that would prohibit me from doing this or any laws that I need to pay special attention to?

For the purchasing, laws would be pretty similar. But lease laws (evictions, etc) do vary quite a bit.

Not offhand - maybe others do. I'd google the words "landlord tenant laws" and the name of the state. A separate search for each state. You may also want to subscribe to trade publications to get tips and updates when laws change.
