What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA
I use the GA CS Worksheet. My wife requires to have the vacation cost for the kids included in the monthly CS payment. I cannot find that cost related in the CS worksheet.
Please comment.

TIA

Please clarify bolded. Do you mean a trip to Disney or the cost of caring for them for a few weeks?

Tell her she needs to do what the rest of us do - save up for it. Seriously - that is the silliest request I've heard in a long time.

Plesase clarify: Who is CP, who is NCP, and who created the distance? Is she asking about the costs of the children transitioning between one parent and the other, or the actual cost of whichever parent has possession taking the kids somewhere on their time?

Hint: if one cannot afford an away vacation, they don't take one.

my wife is CP (the custody parent). question about the expenses for her taking trips of spring break, etc.
By the law who is responsible for the costs of those trips? CP or the both?

If it's not in your court order, you aren't responsible for the costs. BY LAW, you are only responsible for what the court makes you responsible for...

and the court is NOT going to make you responsible for her summer trips to CA. She's going to need to fund them herself.

If you are referring to a trip the parent with possession over that time period chooses to take with the kids, whomever chooses and goes on that trip pays for it.

So If it is mom's spring break and she takes the kids to see the Grand Canyon, she pays. Next spring break, let's say it's your week and you choose to take them to Disney World, you pay.

There is no legal requirement that a parent take a child away on a vacation, so it is not a mandated expense.

THE PARENT WHO TAKES THE TRIP!

Really, this is not rocket science. She wants to take them to Disney? She pays for it. You want to take them to Hawaii? You pay for it. Easy peasy.

I agree if that is what he was talking about. I am still not quite sure.
