She missed her bus. That is HER fault. It's not like the bus broke down or something...

No she missed her bus because it was over-crowded so she came back home but since that particular bus comes every hour I told her to walk to school instead of waiting for the next one to arrive. (Typically a 30 min walk). I know everything sounds a little wierd and I suspected of her lieing to me but the more I verified, she was telling the truth.

Regional Occupation Program. These tend to be what we used to call Vocational Programs when i was a kid. Auto shop, printing class, welding, etc. can all be under the auspices of a county or local ROP.
