What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kentucky

I was arrested for underage consumption, no driving involved, after failing a breathalyzer test. My result was .12%; .o4 above the legal limit of .08%. I spent the night in jail and released after arranging bond. I'll be 21 years of age July 13th, 2011.

What can I expect in the way of a fine, or other consequences resulting from this arrest?

Should I obtain legal counsel to represent me?

I would ALWAYS recommend at least talking to an attorney when you're charged with a crime.

The fact that you'll be 21 in a couple of weeks is irrelevant, though.
