EVERY YEAR you are responsible for the first $100 per child per calendar year of medical expenses.

Is this an Ohio custodial thing? Because not all or even most insurance policies say this.

Indiana has something similar as well, although its a higher number. It has nothing to do with insurance, its a family law thing. Off the top of my head I don't remember the exact percentage, but in Indiana the first 7% (I think) of the annual child support amount is the amount that the custodial parent must pay in uninsured medical expenses, before the non custodial parent has to start kicking in their percentage.
