I agreed to join a college, under the guarantee that I would have a life time access to my programs laboratories.
I just received the information that they are removing the Computer Animation degree from the college.
The school is still operating, but they are removing my major of study, due to the inability to operate a legitimate Computer Animation Program.
Completely removing my value, rendering my degree illegitimate.
To fulfill their gurantee they must include: updated software, computers, and faculty resources for graduates.
As an animator, if the school does not have the proper equipment, and personnel to fulfill my agreement they would be violating the only principal that separated them from other schools I was considering.
Now after finishing all my studies they cancelled my program.
A Harvard lawyer told me The reason people pay the money to attend Harvard, is because of the quality life long relationship they receive.
Which is what my school pitched to me five years ago, after I finished school they cancelled my bachelors program.
If the program vanishes the degree is not worth the amount of money I agreed upon.
Can I seek compensation for the cancellation?
Why would a school want to prolong any case that jeopardized their credibility. Especially when the school has no credibility to begin with.
