What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin. Just an update, last thread was closed. Happy Friday to all the hard working parents and SAH.

The Gal sent out a letter to me and ex, asking for us to provide References from People who knew how we were around our child. Preferred not relatives or parents but would accept one, out of the 5 or 6 he requested from each party.
Do I contact the parties with a produced letter that they would agree to or can I just call them and say "Write what you will, I have faith you will represent the history with clarity and certainy"
In others words i 'believe' in these people.
they all lived within 500 feet of the respondent and I for a period of 18 months.
Saw us on a daily period.
Saw my extensive SAH period which was aprox 1 year.
4 women, 1 man.
The reason I have all their address's and phone numbers is cause I was gonna use them for the TRO hearing and denovo. I have spoken to them about witnessing at some point. I have not asked them to say anything yet.

If the GAL has a brain -- slim and none. I have several cases where the parent presents somewhat well HOWEVER his/her actual personality is portrayed with a few choice questions.
