What is the name of your state (GA)?

I use the CS Worksheet Georgia Child Support Commission
In the DataEntry:
“Enter here the Monthly gross Salary and Wages received by each parent:”

Which box would be the gross Salary and Wages shown in From W-2 Wage and Tax Statement? Box 1 “Wage, tips, other compensation” or Box 2/3 “Social security wages/Medicare wages and tips”?

Box1 is shown after having the 401K contribution deducted. Is the box1 the “gross salary and wages”?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

You should put the higher number. It's GROSS (as in ALL) wages.

Gross is ALL THE MONEY YOU EARNED. If you contributed money to an IRA account, you earned the money. It's ALL the money you earned.

That would be Box3 on w-2 Social Security Wage. Are you sure? it has the IRA contribution in it. CS takes from IRA account?
Contributions to a retirement account are voluntary, therefore they do not get deducted from wages when child support is calculated. Therefore yes, its box three.
