I was charged with dui in 2006 and i was on PTI but got finished with PTI in 2007 and i just received court notice for my dui about 4 days ago, almost 5 years and 2 weeks. This is my 3rd offense u think i have any chances of beating the case? It happned in atlantic county, NJ. Does county give good credit on DUI or nah? Please if someone can help me out. So you have had 2 DUI charges... PTI is usually for 1st time offenders?
If this is your 3rd DUI - get an attorney... as this is your 3rd offence within 10 years of your 2nd

Possible prison time of 6 months
