I'm back! And I have another question. I told dad last week I would take the kids to the airport but he has yet to give me their flight information. I have asked for it twice now. They are supposed to fly this Saturday. What do I do if he doesn't send me the info? I don't see how I can make sure they are on the flight their dad booked for them if I don't have that information. It is normal for him to be uncooperative but this is a bit much.

Tell dad that you are not going to be driving to the airport without the flight information. He will get it to you.

Still no word from dad. I am fully expecting to not hear anything from him. He likes to play these little games. Anyway, I would like to know if it turns out that I do not get the flight info is this enough to ask for a change in custody? Or can he pretty much do what he wants and I just have to sit here and wait for him to decide he wants to give me the information to get the kids home.

I edited my previous post to simplify my question. Any advice on this would be much appreciated.

Short answer, no.
While that might be true, if Dad is supposed to be responsible for making travel arrangements and he's not providing Mom with the info required to send school-aged children home, Mom COULD file for an ex parte so she could enroll the kids in school in her area until Dad complies with the order.
