What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin....

I recieved a letter from our Gal.

1. asked for a List of references who can provide info about my relationship with the child and if possible the other parent.
2. A summary of my posistion in the matter and how I would like it resolved.

Closes with asking for the parties to provide any pleadings correspondance and other documentation that may assist him.....

Question mostly on that last part......What do I send? I have the police report when she lies to cops, I have the transcripts of the DV hearings, where i am not allowed witness's. I have several emails from mom, that are not to friendly. I need to sort out whats gonna help and whats gonna jus look avengeful**************I believe it is in my best interest to show Mom has been lying this whole time, Am i on the right track with that, to start with Moms creditbility.
Or what kinds of pleadings correspondence and other documentation could He (the gal) be looking for? (Pay stubs, pics, videos, work hours,

ok so no transcripts, he does ask for pleadings and correspondence, what sort of pleadings or correspondence would he want or benefit mom or dad or "other documentation"????

Offer to forward ALL of the emails between you and Mom. Not just the ones you cherry picked to make her look unreasonable.

Offer to discuss, in a rational and adult manner, the DV issues. Drop the idea that it's all a big conspiracy. You were found guilty. So at this point, whether YOU choose to believe it or not, the REST OF THE WORLD believes you did it. Own that.

Explain, in a rational and adult manner, that you have behaved in an emotional, irrational, and immature manner. That your initial goal was to punish Mom for leaving you, and that you rode that wave for quite awhile, and you've now come to your senses, and all you really want is time with your daughter.

Trust the GAL to do his/her job of determining what's best for the child. You obviously don't have the detachment to be able to do that.

And then, what will probably help the most? Cross your fingers.

There you go. She is correct. If you send only a few emails and mom provides all of them, you will have no credibility. You will look like a fool. If you try to state you did NOTHING wrong though you were found guilty, you are not owning the facts. You are showing you will continue to do whatever you want because you are better than everyone else.

In fact, throwing ANY kind of mud at Mom is likely to leave spinnaroo's hands even dirtier than the wall behind Mom.

And that's the LAST thing he needs.
