Emails are impressive

just read thru all emails, aprox 67 between us....rather 59 from me all saying please let me and bella see each other and have contact and lets work something out....The ex saying "she doesnt miss you" "she doesnt ASK ABOUT YOU" and "do this do that and make sure you do this and if you do all that then do this, and Ill keep messing with you"

I am impressed with mine as I thought I wrote alot of them emotionally, but obviously they are very nice and non abusive and on point.

It also showed me why Im not getting anymore updates from mom (just 2 in 11 months and 2 pictures) because they need the "snappy angry dad" to make their story believeable..... haha.....

woh hoh those emails could be powerful as well as my actions, stability with my same company, my willingness to move foward, ect......

I'm also wondering who spinny thinks he's trying to fool. We've read many of those emails - some of them ARE harassing, and several are bordering downright abusive.

Also, we should assume that Mom's attorneys have printed out several of these threads here and some of those clearly show that spinny hasn't been quite ...well..."right", from time to time.

I can see psych evaluations in the future. For sure.

Spinny should also understand that while there are court proceedings in progress, the very last thing he should be doing is making a nuisance of himself.

Appealing and effect on temp custody

1st off I stopped sending two emails a week at the advice of somebody on here a few weeks ago. I did send one asking for pics, to which the answer was "I dont have a camera"
not concerned with the pshy eval as Ive been reading if you are crazy it only matters if your a "dangerous " crazy to the child. I am ecentric for sure.

New question since wisconsin issued its order, Adopting Floridas findings for lack of jurisdiction...

If I appeal this whole thing will it go back to the courts telling me they cant enforce anything untill the appeal is heard? or will I still be able to see kiddo in the process? can wisconsin still order visitation if an appeal is underway?
Would the GAL have to step back again? I dont want to appeal if thats the case....

Sheriffs dept near mom was not helpful, but it was a good conversation. I was hoping to say some magic words, guess what the sargeant said

OP, you are a nutcase. NO ONE in their right mind would start a mudslinging custody fight after being convicted of domestic violence.

Trust me... her mud is MUCH better than your mud... and judges are weird... they tend to believe that courts acted correctly in such cases.

You try to spin your little conspiracy tale in court and you won't have a hope in Hell.

What say you just answer the questions asked of you rather than trying to get SOMEONE to believe your tale? Save it for your buddies at the bar... the judge won't listen.

At this point, the buddies in the bar aren't listening either.

And frankly, if Mom is able to prove that Spinny is HALF as crazy, selfish and vindictive as he comes off here, I can see a judge ordering supervised therapeutic visitation to ensure that no psychological harm comes to the child and/or suspends visitation pending a full evaluation of Spinny and enrollment in/compliance with a treatment plan.

And we all know he's not going to follow through on either of those things.

Dude there is no conviction of Domestic violence...... She got a restraining order 1354 miles away from where alleged acts of threats happened to which only she can testify to************** Its transparent to the Gal and anyone else who knows the case what she did....

And since he can't wrap his head around that, let alone own his part in this whole debacle, he's never going to have a healthy relationship with his child.

He's functioning at or below HER level emotionally and psychologically. He's incapable of being a parent.
