Yes, please go back to Florida.

Give this poor child a chance at being raised by someone relatively sane and stable.

Pro out. For good, spinny. We can't help you.

Dude there is no conviction of Domestic violence...... She got a restraining order 1354 miles away from where alleged acts of threats happened to which only she can testify to************** Its transparent to the Gal and anyone else who knows the case what she did....

Uh huh... which explains this statement how?

I have the transcripts of the DV hearings, where i am not allowed witness's

So there WERE hearings. I am not going to go through the various aliases you have had here. How did those hearings work out for you? Betcha you came off like a nutcase.

Defended yourself, right?

Blamed the ex for everything up to and including the death of Abel?

Yes I yelled at her. I yelled her loud!!! And to answer ur question she has used my history from before i knew her and my proximity to her (while in florida) to her advantage...... DOES THAT MAKE SENSE!
Why wouldn't your history be relevant?

Why wouldn't your court room behavior that made you look like you were unbalanced not work against you?

Why yes, judges do look at such things. All part of the service.

Whatever I think I know the climate of the courts here.
Apparently not. You seem to keep losing.

This is like saying you know all about punching since you have been hit in the face so many times.

Ive been here since June 26th and still havent seen my kiddo!!!!!! R u fo real....
Restraining orders will do that. Kinda the point, actually.

Yeah i get it, what yall say is right!!!!! i mean that too! I believe ya! I am pretty much screwed no matter what i have said on here. I have a criminal history, she has a restraining order, and an atty. lol why fight uh?
Well, you apparently have a lot of time on your hands...

You guys just wait for the "Notice of appeal" on the wisconsin docket, I am going back to florida......
I am sure everyone is relieved.

Nobody ansewered that question if i appeal will the courts have their hands tied as far as ordering visitation???? Please answer that Pretty Please PRO i need to know!!!! Thanks
Okay, I will answer.

No, the courts hands will NOT be tied.

They will either determine that the earlier court will have acted correctly or incorrectly. If incorrectly, the appeals court will reopen the case.

However, as you have undoubtedly been told before, you don't get to file an appeal just because you didn't like the way the court decided.

Of course, it never was about him seeing the child. He couldn't care less. It's about his ex seeing and hearing him. I have a feeling it will never end for him. He will keep going into court and pretending to know what he is doing because each time he files something, it's his chance to make his ex sit up and notice him. Poor pathetic little man. He never stood a chance. I pity him.
