also when a judge orders the child to remain with MOM does that need to be accompanied with an Actual paper order to count? what would be the consequences of picking my child up at Daycare to take her to Mc Donalds and a playground?

Restrainng order has nothin to do with kiddo, and judge never said I couldnt spend time with kiddo

Possible jail, no visitation ordered whatsoever.

I suppose that's one way of accomplishing what you're asking in the first post.

Oh - by the way. You're going to be paying at least half the GAL's fee anyway.

It is far too late to back out now.

You MIGHT be able to cut your losses and come up with a stipulation Mom would agree to, but you still owe the GAL, and are likely to be ordered to pay attorney fees and court costs.

Even that is a long shot though. If I were Mom's attorney, I'd push for the psych evals and a full hearing so any future relationship with the child is decided on its merits rather than you being able to claim you 'agreed against your will' or you 'weren't heard'.

And you would be a bigger idiot than I thinl you are already if you take the child anywhere.

Well, if you aren't on the list of people who have permission to pick her up, it is likely that the daycare center would refuse to turn her over to you.

You could try towithdraw any pending motions you may have before the court.

Of course, if I were the CP, I would immediately file to ensure that I retain/am granted sole legal/physical custody (based on the NCP's apparent shaky mental health and danger to CP and child) and that you recieve as restrictive a parenting plan as a Judge will allow.

I'd request psych evals, and visitation supervised by a qualified mental health provider.

Of course, that's just me.

Perhaps you should contact your ex's attorney and relate this information to him/her, and request a conference with the judge(s). I'm sure you could come to some sort of agreement.

Just stop participating. The court will move on with or without you. When it's all done, you won't have to worry about custody (you won't have any) and you won't have to worry about visitation (you won't have any).

Did 'ol Spinny finally realize everyone can tell he is crazy? Realize the GAL will see through the front?

As was said, stop participating. Don't return phone calls. Don't show up in court. They'll get the point. And perhaps consider if reproducing again is a wise option...given the circumstances.
