me and my ex were divorced in sept 2010, she received my retirement settlement from 5 years of marriage. After a few months we deceided to try to work it out again. She has still been on my bank account. I kept working and she received the settlement money and we spent all the money from the settlement and what i have been making. She decided to leave me again and i took her off my bank account. I still give her money throught western union and she is demanding more and is threatening to get a lawyer to get me to pay back the money she received in which she used. What do i do and what can happen?

As long as you gave her the money in the previous court order, you should be OK. The fact that you moved in together for a while shouldn't change that.

That is likely true, but whatever they did with the settlement money might be an issue. If they simply spent it on everyday things, maybe not. However if they spent it on any assets that he kept, there might be an issue.
