My neighbor's very loud radio alarm goes off at 5:09 a.m. every morning and it last for 1 1/2 hours. He can't wake up. This has been the case for over a week.

I am awakened and spend my day sleep deprived. I talk to him twice about it and spoke to landlord. Landlord said call police.

I called police this morning. Noise persists from 5: 09 a.m. til 6:15 a.m.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

A better suggestion would be for the neighbor to purchase an alarm clock used by the deaf, it's not necessary to wake the neighbors to wake up in the morning.
