What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

I was served Null of marriage papers, which I don't contest. BUT my name is spelled wrong. Do I do anything?

Also I have a restraining order against this person and he found my address. Do I report it?

You could respond stating the correct spelling of your name.

Did HE serve you in person?

How else is he supposed to have you served, without your address?

What's your end goal here?

I agree completely - start thinking about the end game rather than thinking that you'll win by making stbx's life miserable.

As long as he didn't violate the restraining order, then finding your address and having legal service is not worth reporting. And it could come back to bite you if you try.
