I have a cheating wife. We’re separated and she lives with her parents. I rent an apartment. We have a six year old girl together. At this point she has refused to let me see my child and has filed for Child Abandonment. She has retained a lawyer. I have not. It is set for Friday, August 19. The point of this is to serve me divorce papers that I have refused to sign. Mainly so I could have the time to hire my own lawyer. What should I do?
