Help me please wrongfull imprisment

Ok I was 15 at the time I didnt pled guilty of anything and I was taken to the Juvenile detion center for nothing this is my whole story

I was 15 I got into a fight about 2 years before that which passed and I got probation then my probation officer took me to court for flipping out at school (mental problems I got put of a med that really made me freak out) I hired atturny and I didnt get charged for anything then I have to go back 3 weeks later (AFTER I WASNT CHARGED WITH ANYTHING) and they forced me to go to IJC Itaca Juvenile detion center for no charge they sent me there for 35 days for NOTHING my attorny was dumbfounded he didnt know what to do so I come to you guys what do I do? they put me in there for nothing
could i turn around and sue them or something? I wasnt found guilty of anything they said it was over at my school flip out court day the judge clearly said NOT GUILTY and then I go there 3 weeks later and they FORCE ME TO GO TO IJC FOR NOTHING THEY CUFFED ME AND TOOK ME BY POLICE CAR FOR NOTHING WHAT DO I DO? CAN I SUE??

It sounds like the court appointed a guardian for you, if your parents did not approve the action.

I'm really sorry, but if your attorney doesn't know what to do, expecting help from a site like this probably isn't going to get you anywhere.

Talk with your parents or guardian if one was appointed - maybe they understand what's going on better than you do. If they agree that the attorney isn't working out for you, they are free to hire another attorney on your behalf.

I'd be more concerned that we have a 17 year old who has a less than compelling command of the English language. Perhaps the "atturny" should look into that as well.

That's absolutely true, but the last time I checked, poor grammar and spelling was not grounds for "imprisment". He really needs more help than an English teacher can provide.
