What is the name of your state Florida I have an investment house that's in a process of being foreclose. I met this group of people from Chicago FLHLMS claiming that they will help me with my foreclosure. They claimed that they will take care of everything. The bank never stopped calling, the association never stopped writing me letters about the property and I found out that they have been renting the property out for 2 years. They have collected almost $30.000 from the tenant. What can I do to go after this company?:confused:

Contact an attorney, or at least go to a free consultation. They have likely breached any contract you have for failing to make a good faith effort to help you, as well as possibly owing you money for the profit they have made off the rental.

Whether you can collect and how much it will cost you to collect is another matter.

**A: yes, I agree that it is a scam. You should have contacted an attorney months ago.
