injunction to prevent removal of minor child

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? wisconsin......when a parent wants to keep the child from being moved to prevent visitation is this the appropriate motion...

would you file it in the county the child reisdes? Or would you file it in the county Custody is being heard?

do you have to prove anything or is custody being decided enough for the court to say "child needs to stay put" untill its over?

Maybe you haven't been paying attention, but salad spinner has decided that he's smarter than anyone here and doesn't need to take the advice he's been given (repeatedly). And I am certain, beyond any doubt, if mom were to move the child at this point it would be for the childs safety.
