What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ga. my grandson is currently incarcerated and was recently given a copy of his "discovery" papers (which i assume is the paperwork on evidence). is this normal procedure? he is 16. his mom is in FL.

Take them to his attorney. There's nothing YOU can do about them.
