my husband has joint custody of his son with his ex-wife but she is residential. she is denying my husband visitaion because he and I have been fighting (caught him in 3 year affair and trying to work things out). she says she has every right to not allow stepson to come over because she does not want him exposed to our fighting. The fighting was bad in the beginning but has tappered off.

Can she do this legal or what?

Maybe. That is the definitive answer a legal stranger should get. This is between dad and mom.

Then you'll be doing him two favors by teaching him to use this site.

Seriously, it is a waste of everyone's time to try to help third parties. The information that we receive is so garbled as to be unrecognizable in many cases. Furthermore, if the parent can't be bothered to type out his/her own questions, nothing is going to come of our advice, anyway.

Teach him to turn the computer on and get to this site and show him how to create his own account. He'll thank you for it.
