What is the name of your state IL

my husband is not on any of my bank accounts or credit cards and he showed all the information on the statements to some one, is that considered identity theft?can anything be done?

How did he get your statements? What makes you think your identity was stolen?

I would suggest that you divorce your husband. Obviously this is not the problem in your relationship.

took them off counter, he has been on check-systems and chase will not allow me to add him to my accounts but he gives me his paychecks to pay bills and took them to see what I was spending money on

I agree with Zigner. If you and your husband can't communicate, then your marriage is doomed to fail.
