What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? wisconsin
my husband is in the military and has a va loan on the house we live in just wondering what my rights are, he wanted the divorce and has already done his research on how to get the divorce done in 4 months on the internet with no lawyers, i do have a house we are closing on in michigan a short sale, i work at walmart dont make a lot of money wont be able to live out on my own with my bills and what i make a month,

How long have you been married?

You probably need a consult with a local attorney.

Your rights are the same as everyone else. Please read the posts on this forum for an idea.

In general, you will be entitled to 1/2 of marital assets, including the marital share of his military pension. You will also generally get 1/2 of marital debt.

Alimony can sometimes be awarded, but if he's military, his salary is probably not high enough for that to be a lot - even if you've been married a long time. General info on WI alimony:

One way or the other, you're going to have to learn to live on what you make. That means cutting expenses, working more hours, or getting a second job. You can't rely on him supporting you forever.

As long as you are a military family member/dependent you are entitled to free legal advice at any military base legal assistance office, regardless of his branch. They cannot represent you in any action but they can provide you with personal advice and assist you with any forms or documents you will need.
