What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri
I was wondering I am filling out my own divorce papers and needed to know if I have to put me and my husbands daughter on them, since my parents have custody of her and neither me or my husband do.

I think that you are going to need to indicate that a child of the marriage exists, but that the child is in the legal custody of a third party.
