I live in california. My spouse, who i am divorcing, had a post nup written a few years ago in another state and threatened me with turning our kids against me if i didnt sign it. I had a lawyer look at it, at her lawyers insistence, and the lawyer said it was so absurd they wouldnt even sign off on it. I didnt think i really had a choice. Anyway, the post nup cslls for me to give her half of my income plus child support plus pay for all things for our kids. Classes, clothes, etc. Alimony is for ten years. We were married for 11 and have been separated for 3. She is trying to hold me to it, and i think i should try to get it tossed. I have our kids exactly half the time, and i am ok with giving her half my income but no more and i think we should split all expenses straight down the middle. Will i be likely to get this thrown out in. California court?

Do you have an attorney? If not, YOU NEED ONE.

You signed it after your attorney reviewed it and told you not to?

You're going to have a really hard time getting it thrown out, but by all means see a local attorney.
