What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alaska.
I was married for 10 years then got a dissolution in 2003. In 2004 we got back together, but not remarried. We have been together since. He very recently left me for someone else and is marrying her. I am still in the house we got together, although becasue of my credit my name is not on the house. He had said before that he would pay the mortgage until my youngets daughter is 18. I feel like I have no ground to stand on, everytrhing is in his name. Is there a way to get something legally done to cover me? I desperatley need some guidance.

You need to get a lawyer.

You need to consider working and rehabing your credit to build your own life.

Is your child (children?) with this man? Who with? Your post states it in a confusing way.

You need to get child support.

Alaska does not recognize common-law marriage. You don't have any grounds for any support.

Just to avoid misunderstanding, there are no grounds for spousal support, but certainly grounds for child support if your children are mutual children. I wouldn't want the OP to think that "any support" also included child support.
That's quite true that I was only discussing spousal support or somehow getting his property; thanks for clarifying for the poster.

IF the man who is leaving is the father of any of her underage child/ren, then certainly the poster can and should file for child support at once.
