Not PROPERTY MANAGERS FAULT

While I know it seems hard to believe your landlord/property manager has NO CONTROL OVER THIS! She doesn't pay the bills or negotiate contracts with vendors that us done through corporate! Google the property name and you can get customer care # there! I'm sure you don't have lawncare companies either and have to wait long periods of time for parts to complete service request!! It's the management company not on site employees! I KNOW BECAUSE I WORK FOR THIS COMPANY

Yet, it seems they could immediately fix the problem when not doing so would have resulted in adverse consequences to them. How odd.

Make no mistake, I am well aware it is NOT the on site manager's fault. While I know other residents have taken it out on her, I have not. :)

I've put 3 calls into "customer care", left messages, and received no response.
