My 20 year old niece got an MPI in Michigan. She went to court today and they advised her to plead guiltly because she does not want this on her records because she wants to be a teacher. Should she have plead guilty?

If she pleads guilty, it will be on her record. She should have had an attorney.
Even though it's too late, she should see an attorney to see if it's possible to have the record expunged after completing whatever penalty she was given.
