What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachussetts

How do I file, pay filing fees from out of state? It's an uncontested dissolution of marriage in California. I now live in Massachussetts. Can I mail the proper paperwork, or do I need a lawer to walk the paperwork to the county clerk?

You could file in MA if you have lived there for at least six months. Otherwise, you are going to need an attorney.
