What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WI
I used the online reporting for fraud. I read that it was confidential. This person was doing hard physical labor that they claimed they were no longer able to do. I was to give a deposition as I am a witness against this person in a personal injury suit. The lawyer for the insurance company questioned me if I made these complaints. I had to say yes or I would purger myself. Is this legal? How can anyone make a complaint if you can be questioned under oath and loose the ability to be confidential? I really do think this person is committing fraud and is continuing to do so.

You could have simply responded those types of reports are confidential .

If you were being questioned in front of an arbitrator or Judge and they instructed you to answer yes or no then you do .
