I have had no contact from her family or the authorities since then.
And how about from her?

However I know what I would do if I discovered two people - one an adult - had encouraged and kept my minor child out overnight without my consent.

(Yes, I'm legally correct. )
Oh yeah - no doubt how *I* would respond. Kiddo and his "friend" would be begging the cops to take them in, just to get away from me.

Haha, see? Thats pretty much how my family would have handled it. I guess I'm a little trigger shy about getting the police and lawyers involved in these kinds of situation because I have a healthy respect for authority and don't like the idea of a basically good kid having a record, but that said - my family prob would do a lot worse than the police...

My #2 has seen me go ape-feces before, when I thought she was in danger. And has told her friends. They all know better than to mess with my kid!

And to get years and years in jail for violent felony, or even to be fried on the chair, depending from which state are you.

Really? Where did I say I would physically hurt them? Believe me - I don't need to go there to make little boys like this wet their knickers and want to get (and stay) far, far away from me.
