I would not like to take part in the experiment tho, I love sending lil honey to school. I don't have the patience teachers have, I could not teach her anything, except how to behave in school.
:) ;)
Then you've just earned lil honey a spot at MY school.

Heh. The OP wants us to believe that she called and managed to get an attorney on the phone AND give her exactly the answer she wanted to hear, all between 6:10 and 6:25pm on a Wednesday evening. And she even had time to refresh her thread several times while it was going on! (Yes, dear. I saw.)

Gee, Conchita. You sure showed us.

No one here has insulted your intelligence. Please don't insult ours.

Don't need anymore advice. I'm talking to a lawyer now. According to him she had no right to touch my child and as long as I got the second teacher as a witness and the fact I could never got a straight answer from the school/principal means I have a case, if I need to go down that lane. According to him this could be deemed as stalking/harassment on her part.

To Banned, I hope this same situation happens to you and your child.

To Mistoffolees, I did go on with my life. This happen in August, I withdrew my child in September, the school punished the teacher for what she did, its now October and she has been trying to contact me through other people.

That is COMPLETELY out of line.

And we ALL understand where your child gets the attitude. Her adult years are going to be utterly miserable with you parenting the way you are.

How about if I point out the flaws in your intelligence for the OP? She states that the child was told to leave the area if there was violence and go to the front office. One teacher witnesses an incident where another teacher grabbed her daughter from behind and the child did NOT kick that teacher as she claims.

You all are still saying she gave the child bad advice and are stuck on claiming she told her child to react with violence, which she did not. You have basically acted like jackels and kept attacking when the things you are stating as fact are refuted.

I personally think the OP should contact an attorney and see about getting a restraining order on this teacher. I also think the advice she gave the child of getting away from a threatening situation is perfectly fine. That teacher should have said something to the child rather than just grabbing her from behind. The child may have stopped on her own and told her what was going on and the entire situation would have been resolved. Without saying anything to the child first, this teacher basically assaulted the child by grabbing her.
