Gift doing marriage

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?IL
A car was given to my wife doing our marriage, marriage is less than two years old at the time of gift. I'm I in title to any of the monies from said auto?

Also since this marriage is less than two years old when she move out can this marrigage be annulment there are no children and none on the way only to find out she could never have kids help get me out of this!!!!!!!!!!

OP, you need to pick one - you either want a divorce and proceeds from the marriage, or you want the marriage to have never existed.

You can't have it both ways :)

I agree. However I will also add that gifts are considered to be separate property, therefore you wouldn't be entitled to any share of the value of the auto.

Gifts are separate property and you are not entitled to any of the car - unless marital funds were used for major repairs.

You don't have grounds for an annulment. Her inability to have kids is not sufficient grounds in IL.

Get a divorce - and buy your own car.
