What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland

A 15 year old in the care of an adult, two other children and a 16/17 year old was "coerced" to have intercourse in the back of a van while the parent was driving and the other two siblings in the vehicle. When the 15 year old was dropped off at the home, the 16/17 year old saw the 15 year old parents weren't yet home and also took advantage in the 15 year olds home. Can the parents of the 15 year old sue for negligence since the parent had no clue that intercourse was happening in a vehicle they were driving and sat in the vehicle while the child was inside having intercourse?

I don't understand how no one knew or heard which is why I want to know if the parent driving the vehicle can be sued for negligence. Doesn't make any sense. Where was the supervision? Is this what the parent does, bring conquests for the child?

No. They need to put a chastity belt on the 15 yr old though. If she was willing to have sex in an occupied, moving, van, she is definitely a pregnancy risk.

I don't believe a word of it. Frankly, it sounds like a sexually active 15 year old who is trying to blame others for her behavior.

First, having sex in the back of a car with 4 or 5 people - and no one knew it? Fairly hard to believe. And then an older child raped the kid again in the home?

But if it's true and the 15 year old was 'coerced', then why didn't you call the police to report a rape?
