Underage Consumption (illinois)

So this weekend while visiting a smaller campus in Illinois I ran into some campus police. I gave them my information and complied with everything and in the end was given an underage consumption ticket that's going to cost me $375.

Description on ticket: "Refused to take breathalyzer test/ admitted to consuming 2 alcoholic beers."

I didn't sign the ticket and they let me go after about 25 minutes.

I am curious if I can go to court and plead not guilty on this one
