first question:

How do you legalize a given micronation's declaration of independence? Like, making it a legal document.

Email it to the King. Have someone with some lasers waiting in the Old North Church. One if by land, two if by sea, and three if by black helicopter. Have a guy on a scooter ride through Concord and Lexington with a megaphone yelling "The CIA is coming, the CIA is coming".

first question:

For real, man. I live in the U.S.A.--more specifically, Gladstone, MO. I'm 15, and I want me and my 2 or 3 friends to be rulers of an oligarchic democracy to pass the time. Better than rotting away in a ghetto high school. I have declared myself and one other friend oligarchs already, and declared our independence as a free, real micronation. Can someone tell me how to legalize all of this (seriously)?

Seriously? You don't.

You should try Dungeons and Dragons.

From: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Micronation

Micronations—sometimes also referred to as model countries and new country projects—are entities that claim to be independent nations or states but which are not recognized by world governments or major international organizations. These nations often exist only on paper, on the Internet, or in the minds of their creators.

Again, D&D would be a viable option for you

Does Sealand still exist?
Sealand is for all purposes is defunct, although the royal family still asserts charter.

The grand plan for it to become a data haven for gambling and porn went up in smoke, literally and figuratively. There was a fire, and even before then the tech people had gotten tired of the royals. Plus the plan was illegal, and who wants to be marooned on a rotten hulk.

One certainly cannot establish a new nation (micro or otherwise) on US territory.

**A: my take is B&B would be a better option.
