What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

If I get contempt of court, who will get guardianship over our child? If child is already at my family's care and home, does dad just get to go get him? What if I am only in jail for a day? Does dad get to get him from my family's home? Will I still have custody when I get out? This is very nervewrecking for me, I understand dads get their rights but he has waited and has been absent and the anger doesn't just go away.

Do it often enough and you'll lose custody permanently.

Understand?

You really need to grow up and get over this anger. It's going to hurt your child. This is NOT about you - this is about your child's right to have both parents involved.

But what will happen in my childs careif this does happen? Can judge grant my ex to go get him from my family's home and care?

I understand this, however, he has never tried before, it is confusing to a child to jump into a new lifestyle and home. This is my point of view also, I am looking out for my childs best interest

Absolutely the judge can do that.

You're deliberately looking for a way to alienate Dad. How is that in your child's best interest?

Do explain.

I am not alienating dad, but I am not making it easy either. If he wants contact he can do it, I will not call, text, email him he wanted this I think he can make the effort. He has been absent in our childs life, it's a little unfair to the child to be jumped back in. What if dad doesn't even spend his time with him and we hear about it? Also father stated in court he only has one day off a week, how can he get a full weekend of visits?
