Could be that she has a lot of investments and is using investment income to support her family. Or she could be working from home.

Visitation is a right.. if he is not taking advantage of that right then how does he deserve any? I am not interfering when I believe things are in our childs best interest. I dont trust my ex, and i dont believe he has any potential on being the dad he should have been. He had that chnace and has abused it by being absent and not wanting it before. He has never faught before int he past and is only doing so now because child support got raised. How is THAT in any best interest for the child? An absentee father all of a sudden wanting visits? Our child DOES NOT know him! Nor does our child care for him, my boyfriend has been the one providing for him this whole time!

Then why did you choose such a horrible father for your child? The sex must have been really good. But you did choose him. He has a right to parent and it doesn't have to be at your standards. The fact that your current sex partner is more important to you does not mean anything. Your boyfriend has been the one providing for him this whole time? Because you sure as heck haven't been -- unless you mean you have been earning the support of your boyfriend.... money for dating?

During our visit I have seen my ex other child was attacked by a dog!!! Very irresponsible! Can this help prove to the judge he may be unfit to be left alone with our child?

Back to visitations, yes I do receive child support and state ass. hoever, it takes more to be a parent then just a check in the mail!!!
