She works as a bartender, of course she smells like alcohol.

I was suggesting COUPLES counseling, to maybe see if there is a way to save your marriage. But to do that of course you would have to admit that BOTH of you contributed to the breakdown of your relationship so far.

While couples counseling probably won't hurt anything, if the wife is spending all of her nights at the boyfriend's house, it's probably too late for that.
