Questions about visitation

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IL

1). If my ex-spouse and I cooperate, and frequently change our visitation schedule, should we go back to court and update the custody and visitation order? How complex and expensive is it if we agree on the changes?

2). If my ex-spouse doesn't show up for scheduled visits, can I have the court change and reduce visitation?

3). If my ex-spouse moved and wants our children to fly alone, will the court grant her request for our children to fly alone?

Thanks

If you agree on the change, it's insignificant. You submit a stipulation to the court.

2). If my ex-spouse doesn't show up for scheduled visits, can I have the court change and reduce visitation?
Yes, in theory. But only if it's frequent. Even then, many judges won't do it.

But why bother? Ex isn't using visitation, so what do you gain by changing it in court? In THIS case, it might be quite expensive (if ex challenges the change) and you don't gain anything more than you already have - more time with the kids.

3). If my ex-spouse moved and wants our children to fly alone, will the court grant her request for our children to fly alone?
If they're old enough to meet the airlines' rules (I have no intention of wading through your history - there's a reason why we ask people to keep their questions in one thread) and don't have any special issues, then the court might very well do that.
