my 15 year old son been dating a 22 year old female since about 5 month.
Yesterday they got in an argument and my son punched wholes in her apartments walls with a hammer and broke 2 mirrors,which lead to the police coming to the apartment the police officer told the girl she had to press charges because its not her property he destroyed but the one for the complex so she did and than he got mad and told them that they are dating and are sexual active and he punched holes in the wall because she was talking on the phone with her ex.
they gave my son a courtdate for dec.20th but took the girl to jail for carnation knowledge of a juvenile now he feels sorry about it and asked the officer to dispose of his written statement and let her go but he wasnt letting her go.
Is there anything that can be done to get the charges dropped?

WHY AREN'T YOU PARENTING YOUR CHILD?!?!?!?

There is NO excuse for putting up with a son who physically assaults his mother and younger sister. NONE at all. Especially after having spent time in jail, and he has already beat your other daughter unconscious? Why isn't he in jail again?? Why have you not taken measures to get him OUT of your house and away from you and your daughter?

As for the relationship with the 22 year old, in Louisiana, it is a FELONY for someone 19 years or older to have sexual intercourse with someone who is between 12 and 17 years of age. HAVE HER ARRESTED. She faces FELONY time for this, which equals up to 10 years in prison (with or without hard labor). And a parent who ALLOWS it can face contributing to the delinquency of a minor and some serious jail time themselves.

Worried about reprisal from your son? HAVE HIM ARRESTED FOR ASSAULTING YOU AND YOUR DAUGHTER. Grow a pair, Mom. This isn't going to go away if you ignore it long enough. You are NOT his friend, you are his MOTHER. Take responsibility and act like his PARENT and make him take responsibility for his own actions. If that means he spends some time in jail again, so be it.
