Someone talk to me please. I want to hurt someone and I Know it will only make things worse. I only want my money. They asked me to fix the house, they promised to pay for it, now it is all completed, all they can do is line their pockets, and not pay me. It has been going on for over two years, and I am still waiting to get paid. They are draining me financially and they don't even care. Shall I take it to the press now?

second of all, if someone owes you money, the normal thing to do would be to sue that person. why would the press be interested in your story??

and furthermore, how are they draining you financially? if someone owes you a set amount of money, how is them refusing to pay "draining you"

I have been fighting a battle and nothing is happening. Just feel they need to be exposed and maybe if the right person hears about it, maybe I will get the help I need.

there is a debt. I have to pay a loan every month, and they refuse to help wih it. They left me holding the bag. They couldn't do it on their own, agreed to it, in writing, but have walked away.

Who are "they"?
Do you own or rent the property you are being asked to fix?
What exactly was the agreement between you and "they" as far as you fixing the house and you getting paid for it?
Do you have any part of the agreement between you and "they" IN WRITING?

And, the question that was asked at the BEGINNING of the post that you conveniently deleted: What state do you live in (US law ONLY)??

As frustrated as you are, we cannot help you until you give us the details and information needed to answer the question.

I have personally called every newspaper in the country and asked them to "stop the presses" while they wait for your call. They have ensured me they will gladly print your story, front page if otherwise a slow news day as well.

So, get on the phone and start calling the newspapers. They await with anticipation of being "the" news source selected to air your grievances to the public.

so you did feel comfortable tossing your situation out to complete strangers on a public forum but now since we had a bit of fun due to your lack of information you now are uncomfortable.

I don't know what country you do hail from but being comfortable telling a bunch of strangers your situation, including the fact:

which is the sign of a person without personal restraint makes me really all broken up due to you being uncomfortable because what I posted. (that is sarcasm if you do not understand the intent)



but especially since you are not in the US and you were presented with this when posting your first post of the thread:

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

and not only ignored it as well as actually deleting it (as well as the fact you are not in the US and as stated, this site deals with US law only), whether you are comfortable or not makes no difference since, well,

only US law

means

only US law.
