What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ky
If I'm now an adult and a felony charge is laid from when I was a juvenile (as in, I was 15, I'm almost 19) - is that case in juvenile or adult court?
Also, I'm going to talk to an attorney about this if things go further but I wouldn't mind other opinions - this charge is about fleeing police on motorbikes. I think that the incident they're talking about was more misdemeanor fleeing than felony fleeing - so I figure not guilty and refuse to play and they can't lay misdemeanor charges anyway. But, how is this even measured: "creates substantial risk, of serious physical injury or death to any person or property"?
That's sort of vague. And does the person on the motorbike come under the category of 'any person' themselves?
