trustee mistake in separation agreement-please help...

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? nys

In my divorce papers it states my ex-husband is to be named trustee for my life insurance policy for our daughter. That is not right - I'm not sure if it was over-looked by BOTH my lawyer and I or if his lawyer put it in after we signed the papers. His lawyer has already filed the papers with the court. How do I get this corrected? I literally just received my final copy of the separation aggreement. I need this corrected before its completely finalized. Help!

actually I was referring to his attorney... waited weeks for this guy to respond several times and now the thing still has this 1 error. how to fix tho... and btw paid too much already over the past 2.5 years during this thing...
