What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

I have recently been told that an ongoing investigation for drug trafficking has my ex involved. They have busted one of the biggest drug dealers in our town and now i was told my ex is being watched. I was also told that he was hiding a wanted person so i had the cops go investigate their house. YES i did send the cops over for harrassment charges as well when he was bothering and harrassing my mom after she told him to stop bothering her at work. I did send him a text message stating i didn't appreciate how he was talking to my mom and that he wasn't going to get his visit on sunday. I was told that since he is being investigated and watched i don't need to allow my son to visit.

I am not a liar and if i was so terrible i wouldnt have full custody of any of my children. i have tried being civil in the past when he wanted nothing to do with our child, im DONE! our child wants nothing to do with him, he is being watched and investigated, it is not safe for our child to have any contact with him now that this is going on, i think you all can agree it's not safe to put our child in that position agreed?

I don't see where you have PROOF of anything harmful. It looks like you're just grasping at thin air to thwart dad time with his son. Not cool.

The proof is that the cops were sent to his house bc of this when i files for harrassment charges. The drug dea is something thats really big now and so when the judge hears about it, there's no way our child could be safe in this involvement

How do you know he's being "watched and investigated?" A rumor does NOT = PROOF.

Oh, and just because someone is investigated doesn't mean they're guilty...

Why are you here if you think you know what the judge will think/do?

Hint....you have no clue. I suspect the judge will be duly unimpressed with you.

bc he is really good friends with one of the men they are looking for. And how i know this is bc the man they are looking for is MY SISTER'S HUSBAND. When he suggested my sister and her husband be his supervisors this is exactly y i didnt agree bc now my bro-in-law is wanted and in hiding, that doesnt look good on my ex case
