What is the name of your state (Connecticut)?

Can i include in a will the people who will be entitled to my part of a divorce settlement if the settlement hasn't been received as of yet but the divorce has been finalized? Such as a pending QDRO settlement and future equity in the house that has to be refinanced in 4 years or sold? Again these 2 things have been agreed on in the divorce settlement but have yet to be paid to me. So can i put who would get these things in my will if I happen to pass before these are paid? Or would the Ex keep it all?

Yes you can include any of your property in a will. INcluding those things awarded to you in a divorce settlement.

Just note that some payments end on death. Alimony, for example.
